Ice Swimming is swimming in water temperatures below 5 degrees Celsius (41 degrees F), unassisted with a silicone cap, pair of goggles, and standard swimming suit.
Hosted at the Alexandra Pool Complex in Central Otago, this four-day event is your opportunity to challenge yourself in the ice, with a range of distances and strokes.
Wetsuits and other swimming aids are not permitted.
